About Antonette Artiz

I am a highly skilled and masterfully trained Virtual Assistant with over nine years of virtual assistance experience. In addition, I have over 20 years of administrative support experience. My experiences range from clerk typist, secretary, administrative assistant, executive assistant, resource management assistant, project management assistant, HR Generalist, to entrepreneur. I have obtained my experience through working with the federal government, non-profit organizations, private sector, and through other self-employed business ventures.

I am proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite products. I specialize in developing and maintaining databases in Act!, MS Excel, and MS Access. I'm very comfortable writing newsletters, press releases, and email articles for my clients. I enjoy researching as well.



My educational background includes receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from University of Maryland. I graduated from AssistU in September 2000, after completing a 20-week graduate-level training program. Assist is the premiere organization for training virtual assistants.
